Time: 12-4PM (CST)
Online and In-Person
In an era shaped by digital platforms, online narratives, and rapid mobilization, faithful leadership requires new tools for organizing that remain grounded in theology, community, and justice. This digital organizing workshop equips faith leaders, organizers, and students with practical strategies for building power, shaping public narrative, and mobilizing communities online—without losing sight of relational organizing and spiritual formation.
Led by seasoned organizers Jessica Pace and Dietra Wise Baker, participants will explore how digital tools can support campaigns, movements, and congregational engagement rooted in faith. The workshop will examine real-world examples of digital organizing, discuss ethical and theological considerations, and offer hands-on guidance for integrating digital strategies with on-the-ground organizing work.
Participants will leave with a clearer moral plumbline for digital engagement, practical tools for faithful organizing in digital spaces, and renewed imagination for how technology can serve the work of justice, liberation, and beloved community.
