Cohort facilitated by Father Aaron Rogers
Fr. Rogers is a passionate pastor, nonprofit leader, and religious-based organizer in St. Louis, MO. He serves the St. Louis Metropolitan area as the board chair for East Side Aligned, a collective impact organization for children and youth in East Saint Louis and for Faith for Justice, a coalition of Christian activists. He is a board member for Forward through Ferguson and was a member of the community governance board for the Racial Healing and Justice Fund.
Currently, Fr. Rogers serves as the Priest-in-Charge of St. Stephen’s and the Vine Episcopal Church in Ferguson, MO and on the diocesan staff as the Ministry Developer for Young Adults. He is faculty member for Project Resource, an initiative out of the Office of Bishops aimed at resourcing Episcopal congregations in fundraising and communications, and at the 184th Diocesan Convention was appointed as a clergy deputy to the Province V Council.

Dr. Wise Baker is certified anti-racism trainer for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and a trainer of faith-based community organizing in the Gamaliel network. Dr. Dietra teaches Church Planting, Youth Ministry, Preaching, Faith Community Organizing, Anti-Racism/Anti-Caste, Vocational Resilience and Formation. Dr. Wise Baker is a respected trainer and community leader who often consults and collaborates around her sustained work in community organizing, youth justice, detention/prison/jail, and faith justice movements. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C.; a Master of Divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO; and her Doctorate of Ministry in Preaching degree from Aquinas Institute of Theology St. Louis, MO.
